Wether you’re preparing for challenges like Triathlons, SwimRuns, Crossings, or you just wanna feel more comfortable in open water, our team has prepared everything to welcome you in an environment of excellence, that has been the training ground for top athletes, the Rio Maior Sports Centre.
Over three days, the Rio Maior Sports Centre will be home to 20 athletes for a weekend entirely dedicated to swimming, where you’ll refine your technique, build endurance, and gain valuable insights from one of the best coaches in the field.
Anyone who can swim a minimum of 200 meters non-stop freestyle comfortably, wants to improve their swim technique, enhance their endurance and race strategy, and gain confidence in both pool and open water environments.

To ensure you get the most out of this training camp, you should be able to swim at least 200 meters of continuous freestyle. Our workouts are designed to be challenging but scalable for different paces.
The Sunday session takes place at a beautiful lake located in a former quarry, just a few minutes away from the training facility. The water temperature is typically mild, usually staying above 16-17°C (61-63°F).
Yes, the price includes two nights of accommodation at the Rio Maior High Performance Centre. You can choose between a shared room, with twin beds, or a private single room (subject to availability and extra cost).
Yes, all rooms are equipped with towels. However, we recommend bringing an extra towel or a bathrobe specifically for use at the pool, gym, lake and during the SPA/Recovery sessions.
Absolutely. If you are traveling with a friend or partner, please let us know their name during the registration process, and we will do our best to pair you together.
The package covers all meals from Friday dinner to Sunday lunch (including breakfast and lunch). These meals are specifically prepared to fuel athletes. We can accommodate dietary restrictions such as vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, or others; please inform us in advance so we can ensure the kitchen is prepared.
To ensure you are fully prepared for the sessions, please bring the following: Mandatory Equipment: Paddles, Front Snorkel, Fins, Wetsuit and Buoy. Recommended Equipment (Optional): Elastic band, stretching roller, and a stretching stick.
Don't forget your usual swimsuits, goggles, caps, comfortable sportswear for the gym.
Yes! We provide wetsuit and safety buoy rentals. Please inform us in advance if you need equipment so we can ensure your size is available for the session.
For an additional €75, our coaches will record your stroke from multiple angles (above and below water). We will then provide a personalized technical review to identify areas for improvement. This is highly recommended for those looking for a technical breakthrough. Please note that due to the detailed nature of the review, it may take several weeks for the final analysis to be sent to you.
All our pool sessions take place in the Olympic-sized 50-meter pool, providing a professional environment for endurance and technique work.
Yes! Active students of the SwimTogether school with a valid monthly membership receive a 10% discount on the total price.
Taking place on Saturday afternoon, you will have access to the professional recovery circuit at the High Performance Centre, which includes a sauna, jacuzzi, and cryotherapy (ice baths)—the same facilities used by Olympic athletes.

Yes! While the training is in a pool, the focus on stroke efficiency, endurance, and technique is directly applicable to Triathlons, SwimRuns, and Open Water crossings.
The camp lasts for 3 days and 2 nights. It officially begins at 3:00 PM on Friday and concludes at 12:00 PM on Sunday.
To ensure personalized feedback during both the theory and practical parts, we keep our groups small. Usually, there is a maximum of 15 swimmers per training camp.
Yes! The 60-minute pool session is highly interactive. Our coaches move along the deck to provide real-time corrections and ensure you are implementing the theory correctly.
Our standard clinics are designed for adults (18+). However, contact us if you have a teen swimmer interested in joining.

Swimming is great for rehabilitation, but please consult your doctor first. Make sure to inform the coach at the start of the session so they can suggest modifications for certain drills.
Bookings are made online through our website, with instant email confirmation. We recommend booking in advance as group sizes are small.
