  • Understand the mechanics of body position and drag reduction with an expert
  • Identify the key aspects of your stroke to focus on to improve your speed and efficiency
  • Give you instantaneous feedback on your stroke throughout the clinic

One of the most important factors in swimming is how to reduce drag. Water is roughly 800 times denser than air, so minimizing resistance is just as crucial as creating propulsion, if not more.

In this clinic, we will focus on achieving the ideal body position and understanding how small adjustments can make a big difference. Over the course of 2 hours, we’ll learn how to streamline the body, maintain balance, and avoid common mistakes.

📊What you can expect:

✔️ 20-30 minutes of theory to understand the mechanics of body position and drag reduction
✔️ 60 minutes in the pool to apply what you learn through guided practice and drills
✔️ Personalized coaching with feedback from the professional coach Gustavo Caraça
✔️ Exclusive SwimTogether cap

How long does a Swim Clinic usually last?

Our swim clinics typically last approximately 2 hours. This includes a 30-minute theoretical session in a classroom setting, where we cover technique, followed by one hour of practical training in the pool to apply what you've learned.

Do I need to be an advanced swimmer to participate?

Not at all. Our clinics are designed for swimmers and triathletes who can swim a minimum of 200 meters non-stop freestyle comfortably and want to improve their swimming technique. Whether you are a beginner looking for a solid foundation or an intermediate swimmer aiming for efficiency, we adapt the drills to your level.

What equipment should I bring?

In addition to your swimsuit, goggles, and swim cap, this swim clinic requires specific training tools to maximize your progress: Paddles, a Front Snorkel, and Fins. Please ensure you have these ready for the pool session.

How many people are in each swim clinic?

To ensure personalized feedback during both the theory and practical parts, we keep our groups small. Usually, there is a maximum of 15 swimmers per clinic.

Will I get individual feedback on my stroke?

Yes! The 60-minute pool session is highly interactive. Our coaches move along the deck to provide real-time corrections and ensure you are implementing the theory correctly.

Is there a minimum age requirement?

Our standard clinics are designed for adults (18+). However, contact us if you have a teen swimmer interested in joining.

What happens if I can't attend a session I booked?

Please refer to our cancellation policy on the checkout page.

Are there changing rooms and showers available?

Yes, all our partner facilities include full access to changing rooms, lockers, and hot showers.

Can I join a clinic if I have a minor injury?

Swimming is great for rehabilitation, but please consult your doctor first. Make sure to inform the coach at the start of the session so they can suggest modifications for certain drills.

How can I book?

Bookings are made online through our website, with instant email confirmation. We recommend booking in advance as group sizes are small.

How does payment work?

Payment is made in full at a single time.

How many spots can I book at once?

You may book all available spots for yourself and your friends, subject to availability.
