The weekend was very well organised. The theory lessons and the swimming practises were very good. Gustavo is a very professional teacher with a lot of experience and knowledge. We also did a mobility gym session where we practiced exercises that help with swimming, very useful. Altogether I learned a lot and had a very nice weekend with lovely people and a nice place to stay with good food. I am a solo female traveller and this experience was amazing. Arseniy was my guide and we had so much fun. I haven\u2019t done a lot of free water swimming but he helped me with figuring out my breathing and went at my pace. Easy instructions to meet each other one the morning of. Super friendly and accommodating. He even found me an octopus while we were swimming. Truly a great experience and a highlight of my trip. Water not cold (approx. 20c.), clean and with life (several fish). The organisers, Andr\u00e9 and his sister Leonor, were top putting together the swimmer\u2019s group and the boat that come nearby for any eventuality\u2026 \ud83d\ude1c In the end we received nice cakes &amp; a hot tea, very well received and deserved after approximately 3k. This organisation is top considering the attention to detail &amp; the simplicity as everything goes, with the group and the movies that Andr\u00e9 does. He is very knowledgeable and a great coach. He gave me some good tips. The area was beautiful and the view of the ocean and city were amazing. Of course, the water and scenery are beautiful, but it was made extra special by our guide Claudia. She was friendly, welcoming, thoughtful and showed us to amazing places we would never have visited on our own. My husband gets sea sick even when swimming, and Claudia was always checking to see that he was comfortable. In addition, the company was super helpful before the day of the swim itself. When the conditions looked unfavourable, they were in regular contact about alternative plans, sending us photos and videos of other places to go.
