What you'll do
Are you going to travel to Setúbal, Sesimbra or Arrábida and want to continue your training?
In this swimming session we will take you to swim in the Natural Park of Arrábida and Sesimbra Bay.
A place of extreme beauty, with wild life and clear waters.
Your itinerary
A Beautiful Swim in Sesimbra Bay
We'll meet at Praia do Ouro, where we'll start our swim session.
Then we will swim along the protected Sesimbra Bay, in a course of rare scenic beauty.
According to your swimming level we can adapt the swimming distance.
We will finish our sea swim on the beach to take a fresh water bath and taste a a delicious "Farinha Torrada".
